Silent Auction

Be sure to check out this year’s silent auction, where you will find a variety of generously donated Woolf-related items, including first editions, academic books, accessories, art, and handmade delights by crafty Woolfians. All funds from the silent auction benefit the International Virginia Woolf Society’s Suzanne Bellamy Travel Fund, an initiative that honors the late artist and Woolf scholar Suzanne Bellamy and helps support the cost of traveling to the Annual Conference on Virginia Woolf for travel grant awardees.

Please bid generously for this good cause!

The silent auction is located in the main conference foyer and G30 alongside the bookstands and will be open for bidding throughout the conference. Bid sheets include suggested starting bids and increase increments, as well as a guaranteed bid option (a “Buy It Now” price – helpful for those who can’t stay until the end of the conference). (Please note that bids are listed in USD because the IVWS is based in the US.) The silent auction will close at the end of lunch on Tuesday. Bid winners must collect and pay for items (via Paypal or check) by the conclusion of the closing drinks reception. Items cannot be held beyond this time and will be released to another bidder.
